The website describes Adev's current service approach and example solution families. It is general information, not engineering, legal, financial, safety or procurement advice and not a binding offer.
Scoping and pilot targets
A five-working-day pilot is a scoped delivery target only after prerequisites, access, inputs, acceptance criteria and a narrow deliverable are agreed. It is not an unconditional completion guarantee. Client time, third-party approvals, unavailable APIs, incomplete information and scope changes may affect timing.
Solution outputs and human approval
Generated proposals, estimates, FAT/SAT protocols, change impacts, procurement records and AI-assisted recommendations are drafts or decision-support outputs. Competent named people must review and approve material engineering, commercial, purchasing, workforce, legal, safety and system-changing outcomes.
Adev solutions do not issue PLC, SIS or other industrial-control commands under the standard service scope. Procurement workflows do not commit spend and change-order workflows do not approve commitments without authorised users.
Hosting and access
Client-owned cloud and isolated single-client Adev-managed hosting are equal options selected during scoping. Regions, providers, backups, recovery, responsibilities, support access, retention and exit arrangements are defined in the engagement documents. Adev retains no standing access after handover unless managed support is separately agreed.
Integrations and third parties
References to Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, Aveva, SAP, Jira, Asana, GitHub and other services describe supported or potential integrations. They do not imply partnership, endorsement or authorization unless Adev expressly provides current written evidence.
Fees and payments
Fees, milestones, taxes, refunds and cancellation rights are defined in the signed engagement. Adev uses Airwallex for invoicing and may provide Stripe-hosted payment links. Adev applications do not collect card or bank credentials.
Intellectual property
Adev owns its background materials, methods and tools. Ownership or licence terms for bespoke deliverables are set out in the signed engagement and completed product ownership may transfer to the client after the agreed conditions are met.
Confidentiality and data protection
Confidentiality, data protection, security responsibilities, subprocessors and international-access terms are governed by the signed agreement and any DPA. Public information is available in the trust centre and privacy notice.
No outcome guarantee
Illustrative estimates, modeled scenarios and diagnostic outputs depend on assumptions and information supplied by the user. Adev does not guarantee recovered hours, revenue, cost savings, integration availability or a particular commercial result unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
Liability and governing law
Engagement liability is governed by the signed contract. To the extent these website terms apply, liability is limited as far as applicable law permits. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
