Service scope

The diagnostic is an evidence-based decision service, not open-ended consulting. Sprint engagements are fixed-scope and include explicit exclusions.

Recommendations and outcomes depend on the quality and completeness of information supplied by the client.

Pricing and payment

Diagnostics are paid upfront. Sprint payment schedules follow the signed statement of work and may be milestone-based.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once service work has started.

Limitations and liability

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes beyond the agreed scope. Our total liability is limited to a moderate, contract-defined cap aligned to the value of the engagement.

Data protection

Data handling is governed by our privacy policy. A DPA and security appendix are available on request for applicable engagements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with London as the primary dispute venue.
